Thank you for choosing Petals Manila! By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
Pre-Orders & Payment
All our floral arrangements are pre-order only to ensure freshness and uniqueness. Full payment is required to confirm your order.
No Refund Policy
All orders are final once confirmed and paid. We do not offer refunds.
Refunds will only be considered if:
A specialized or rare flower requested is not available locally or internationally, and
No suitable replacement flower is available.
Flower Availability & Substitutions
Flowers are subject to availability and seasonality. If a flower becomes unavailable, we will offer the closest possible replacement of equal value while maintaining the overall look and quality of the arrangement.
Rush Orders
Rush or urgent orders may be accepted depending on availability and are subject to a nominal rush fee.
Valentine’s Day & Peak Seasons
During Valentine’s Day and other peak seasons, order volumes are high.
Strict no cancellation and no refund policy applies
Design substitutions may be necessary due to limited flower supply
Orders are processed on a first-paid, first-served basis
Design Variations
Each arrangement is handmade. Minor variations in flowers, colors, or wrapping may occur, making every piece unique.
NOTE: We only deliver within Metro Manila. Please give us a call or send an email for arrangements outside Metro Manila.
